Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada employees and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the draw.


Participants must be at least 18 years of age and a Canadian resident. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the Royalton Raffle draw.



Tickets can be purchased at starlightroyaltonraffle.org from Thursday, July 6, 2023, until Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 11:59 PM (EDT).


Tickets are $100 for 1, $175 for 2, and $300 for 4. Tickets will be issued in sequential order and will begin at 001 through to 750. Your unique ticket number can be found in the bottom right of the attachment sent to you by email. The holder of the ticket number drawn will win the prize as described below.


You will receive a confirmation email after your donation has been processed. Official tickets, along with the Rules of Play, will then be delivered to the customer via email within 2-5 business days from time of purchase. At this time, you will receive one email with all official tickets enclosed.


The Royalton Raffle Ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that they receive their ticket(s); however, participants do not need their ticket(s) in hand in order to be included in the draw. Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible. No refunds will be issued after the draw has been completed.


The draw will take place on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 2:00 PM (EDT) LIVE on our @StarlightInsurance Instagram Page. In order to be eligible to win, tickets must be purchased before 11:59 PM (EST) on Thursday, September 28, 2023.

The gift certificate can be redeemed for complimentary standard accommodations, within the specified travel periods. Accommodation is subject to space and availability at the time of booking. Includes all-inclusive meal plan and hotel room taxes. The following items are not included in your stay: Airfare, transfers between the airport and the hotel, medical, baggage and cancellation insurance, items of a personal nature, gratuities, fees and taxes for extra-curricular activities and excursions that are not included in the standard accommodation. To reserve your complimentary stay, you must send an email to the indicated contact, a signed copy of the gift certificate and your official identification, at least 45 days prior to the arrival date. The original certificate and official identification must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. Chances of winning are 1 in 750 or greater. Final odds are dependent upon the number of tickets purchased/sold (up to a maximum of 750).


There is 1 prize package to be awarded valued at up to $37,500. Total prize value is dependent on when travel is booked.


The winning ticket number will be drawn at random on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 2:00 PM (EDT) and announced on our @StarlightInsurance Instagram page. Our winner will also be listed on our websites at starlightroyaltonraffle.org and starlightinsurancecampaign.org, and will be notified directly via email.


Winner will be notified directly by email as collected upon donation and announced on our starlightroyaltonraffle.org and starlightinsurancecampaign.org websites, and @StarlightInsurance Instagram page.


Prize will be awarded to the individual named on the official ticket as collected upon purchase. Prize notification will be addressed to the primary ticketholder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to allocate the prize if necessary/desired. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada, and all affiliated partners, the right to use and publicly disclose your name if you are our prize winner.


Winners have 30 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize. Should they not collect their prize, it may be revoked.


Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected will be used to administer and evaluate the draw, including fulfilling raffle ticket orders and contacting and publicizing the name of our winner. We may also use your personal information to connect with you to keep you informed about the impact of your support, share other activities of Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada, and ask for your support of our mission. The Foundation does not trade, rent, or sell any personal information to third parties.
